I. RC Lock Status Check

Lock Mark Confirmation: The temperature controller status bar displays the "RC Hardware Locked" mark, with no abnormal unlocking prompts.

Parameter Consistency Verification: The current operating RC parameters are completely consistent with the baseline file, with no drift deviation.

Performance Index Verification: Target interference signal attenuation ≥20dB, RC total time constant ≤200ms.

Ripple Index Verification: Temperature measurement signal ripple peak-to-peak value ≤10mV, with no abnormal noise interference sampling.

II. Hot Runner System Status Check

Temperature Deviation Verification: The actual temperature of each hot runner section deviates from the set value ≤±0.5℃, with no over-temperature or under-temperature alarms.

Heating Curve Confirmation: There is no significant overshoot during the heating process, with an overshoot range ≤3℃, and no temperature oscillation.

Hardware Connection Check: Temperature sensing wires and connectors are not damaged or loose, and the grounding loop resistance is ≤4Ω.

Flow Channel Status Confirmation: No material degradation residue remains in the flow channel; the discharge is uniform and free of impurities.

III. On-site Working Environment Inspection

Interference Source Investigation: No new high-power frequency converters, servo motors, or other strong interference sources have been added around the workshop.

Electromagnetic Environment Verification: The measured interference frequency shows no significant deviation from the baseline value recorded in the RC parameter calibration.

Power Supply Status Confirmation: The temperature controller's power supply voltage fluctuation is ≤±5%, with no frequent jumps.

IV. Process and System Closed-Loop Inspection

PID Parameter Matching: The current PID parameters match the locked RC filter characteristics, with no control oscillations.

MES System Verification: RC parameter monitoring node data upload is normal, with no abnormal alarm records.

First Article Trial Production Confirmation: The first article's appearance, dimensions, and performance have passed verification; no temperature-related defects exist.

Operation Record Archiving: All inspection results are entered into the process archive, and pre-production approval and signature are completed.
