For example, when workshop temperature drops, the cold-junction compensation in the controller uses thermocouple data to maintain accurate readings. When material viscosity varies between batches, stable temperature control helps offset differences in flow behavior. Fast-response thermocouples also reduce the impact of sudden changes in cycle speed or injection pressure.

High-quality thermocouples with strong anti-interference performance remain stable even when other parameters shift.
