The maintenance time after deep cleaning is directly related to the degree of aging:
If the severe drift is only caused by material accumulation and the diaphragm is not significantly corroded, normal production can generally be maintained for 1-2 weeks after cleaning and calibration, enough until the new sensor arrives.
If the drift is caused by diaphragm corrosion and aging, deep cleaning will only maintain normal operation for 3-7 days. After that, the drift will exceed the limit again, requiring immediate replacement.
It is recommended to retest the zero point once a day before starting work after cleaning to detect deviations in advance and avoid affecting production that day.
