2. How to Extend the Maintenance Time of Anti-condensation Protection? Establish a regular maintenance mechanism: Include the dryness of the junction box, reapplication of silicone grease, and replacement of the drying pack in the inspection checklist;
Install a temperature and humidity sensor: Monitor the internal environment of the junction box in real time, and automatically activate the heating module when the humidity exceeds 60%;
Avoid frequent disassembly and assembly: After each disassembly, silicone grease must be reapplied and the seal confirmed to be intact;
Maintain insulation during shutdown: Activate the "anti-condensation mode" of the temperature control box to prevent condensation due to temperature differences at night.
If the protection is interrupted for more than 12 hours (e.g., prolonged power outage, failure to cover with dust cap), micro-condensation may have formed on the connector surface. A thorough inspection is required before putting it back into use.
