Testing time varies greatly depending on the type of test. Standard full-process testing takes 2-4 weeks, while simplified factory sampling inspection takes only 1 day. Specifically:

Standard R&D/Type Testing (Full Process): According to industry requirements, high-end hot runner sensors need 1000-1500 cycles, with each cycle lasting 20 minutes (10 minutes of heating and holding + 10 minutes of cooling and holding), totaling 14-21 days (2-3 weeks). For ordinary sensors, 500 cycles take 7-10 days (1-1.5 weeks). Adding preparation and post-testing, the total time will increase by another 2-3 days.

Simplified Factory Sampling Inspection: Only 50 rapid cycles are performed. Including preparation and calibration, this can be completed on the same day, eliminating long waiting times and quickly identifying defective products with manufacturing defects.

Third-party authoritative certification testing: This requires additional data calibration and report writing processes, and the total time will be 3-5 days longer than standard testing, with final results typically available in 3-4 weeks.
