I. Standard Scenario (Automatic Retransmission Following Link Repair)

Duration: 1 to 5 minutes
Conditions that are applicable include the repair or resumption of the synchronisation service solely on the basis of physical links, with no substantial data loss.
Synchronisation Logic: The system autonomously initiates breakpoint resumption by comparing the timestamps of both sides to retransmit RC calibration data during the interruption period.

II. Medium Scenario (Manual Batch Import of Complementary Data)

Total time: 10-15 minutes
Relevant Conditions: A synchronisation interruption that lasts for more than two hours, or a data deficit of at least fifty records.
Synchronisation Logic: SCA... To ensure alignment, export SCADA local cache data to a standard CSV file and batch integrate it into the MES system.

III. Extreme Scenario (Manual Data Replenishment for Scattered Data)

Duration: 30-60 minutes
The SCADA local cache is corrupted, and data can only be inputted line by line using paper calibration records.
Synchronisation Logic: Verify on-site calibration records manually and input them line by line into both systems to ensure complete data alignment.

IV. Supplementary Time Notes
Upon completion of the synchronisation process, a consistency check is necessary, which necessitates an additional 10-15 minutes of verification time to guarantee total data consistency between the two systems.

An additional 30 minutes are necessary to complete the full reconciliation check if synchronisation is interrupted for more than 24 hours and the quantity of missing data is excessive.
