I. Common Simple Faults (5-15 minutes of recovery)

III. Faults of an Extremely Complex Nature (Recovery Time: 2-4 Hours)
Hardware-level faults: The industrial switch is completely damaged, and the MES server hardware fails. The system is migrated to secondary hardware and recovered in its entirety.

Large-scale data loss: Completion of full synchronisation through multi-threaded concurrent retransmission; a significant backlog of RC calibration data as a consequence of a prolonged interruption of the synchronisation link.

Systemic configuration errors: The full point mapping table has been completely corrupted. Review all RC parameter points and conduct a full-link integration test.

Based on industrial field operation and maintenance experience, the average recovery time is approximately 12 minutes, and over 90% of RC calibration data synchronisation faults can be recovered within 30 minutes.
