Silica Gel Amount and Thickness: Excessive stacking (>5cm) will hinder heat conduction, requiring extended heating time or batch processing.

Equipment Differences: Household ovens may have temperature differences; allow for buffer time.

Type Differences:

Blue Silica Gel (Contains Cobalt Chloride): Strictly control the temperature below 120℃, otherwise the indicator will oxidize and deactivate.

Orange Silica Gel (Cobalt-Free, Environmentally Friendly): Heating at 100–120℃ for 1–2 hours is also recommended to restore over 95% of adsorption capacity.

After regeneration, allow it to cool naturally to room temperature in a powered-off oven before sealing and storing to prevent secondary moisture absorption.

Remove the plastic packaging beforehand: to avoid the release of harmful gases from high-temperature melting;

Use a glass or ceramic tray: to ensure high-temperature resistance and prevent contamination of the silicone;

Turn the granules regularly: to improve heat uniformity and shorten the effective regeneration time;

Use color as a criterion: do not adhere to a fixed time; use the complete restoration of the granules to their original color as the standard.
