Best Practice: Spread the dehydrated silica gel evenly in a heat-resistant container, place it in a preheated oven, and observe the color change periodically. Remove it once it has completely returned to blue or orange.

Moisture Absorption: Mild moisture absorption can be reduced to 1 hour; complete saturation is recommended to extend to 2 hours.
Silica Gel Amount and Thickness: Excessive stacking (>5cm) will hinder heat conduction, requiring extended heating time or batch processing.
Equipment Differences: Household ovens may have temperature differences; allow for buffer time.
Type Differences:
Blue Silica Gel (Contains Cobalt Chloride): Strictly control the temperature below 120℃, otherwise the indicator will oxidize and deactivate.
Orange Silica Gel (Cobalt-Free, Environmentally Friendly): Heating at 100–120℃ for 1–2 hours is also recommended to restore over 95% of adsorption capacity.
