I. Standard Time for Each Stage
Stage of Preparation: Three minutes. Confirm that the wiring and output signal are normal, and complete the tool inventory and sensor power-on preheating.
Cold State Two-Point Basic Calibration: Seven minutes. Complete zero-point calibration, full-scale calibration, and linearity verification and correction at three intermediate points.
Hot State Dynamic Calibration: Seven minutes. Compare the measured displacement with the theoretically calculated thermal expansion values by combining hot runner heating and insulation.
Final Verification and Archiving: three minutes. Verify full-stroke repeatability, save calibration parameters, and archive.
II. Batch calibration of multiple sensors requires a certain amount of time.
There is no requirement to wait for the hot runner to heat up repeatedly when calibrating multiple domestic Hall displacement sensors simultaneously using a multi-cavity hot runner system. The calibration duration is only increased by 5-7 minutes for each additional sensor.
In the event of minor signal interference or other minor issues on-site, the entire calibration process can still be completed within 30 minutes, and troubleshooting will not exceed 10 minutes.
