Compliant Fully Sealed Process: Using the standard solution of adhesive-coated fluoroplastic heat shrink tubing + potting, the joint lifespan can reach 3-5 years under normal humid conditions, essentially the same as the lifespan of a healthy PTFE conductor.
Simple Sealing Process: Using only ordinary heat shrink tubing without a moisture-proof adhesive layer, moisture intrusion will occur within 1-2 years in humid environments, leading to terminal corrosion and insulation failure.
High Humidity + High Temperature Combined Conditions: In high humidity and high temperature scenarios (above 200℃) in hot runner systems, the lifespan of compliantly sealed joints can still be stably maintained at 2-3 years.
Regularly retesting the insulation resistance of joints can help identify potential problems early and avoid sudden failures.
