I. Conventional Calibration Procedure
Normal Operating Conditions: To guarantee consistent measurement accuracy, calibration and recalibration should be performed every three months under typical production conditions.

Operating Conditions with High Load: Recalibration should be conducted every 1-2 months in circumstances that involve 24-hour continuous operation or strong vibration/electromagnetic interference in the workshop.

Low-Load Operating Conditions: Recalibration can be protracted to every six months in intermittent production scenarios with less than 100 hours of operation per month.

II. Special Scenarios Necessary for Immediate Recalibration
Recalibration must be conducted immediately following the occurrence of a thermal expansion lock-up fault or hot runner overheating.

After fault repair, the sensor should be recalibrated promptly if it displays abnormal signal readings, false alarms, or displacement data drift.

In order to prevent accuracy failure as a result of installation misalignment, sensor recalibration should be conducted concurrently following mould disassembly and reassembly, or the replacement of core hot runner components.

The calibration and recalibration of all sensors should be conducted uniformly during the annual main equipment overhaul of the production line.

III. Supplementary Requirements for Compliance Scenarios
The CNAS system necessitates that injection moulding production lines in industries such as automotive and medical be precision compliant. In general, the calibration and debugging cycle for critical instruments should not exceed six months, and all debugging records must be archived and traceable.

By adhering to this cycle standard, the accuracy of hot runner thermal expansion displacement monitoring can be guaranteed, while also minimising unnecessary downtime for debugging.
