24-hour continuous full-load production scenario: The RC lock status check cycle for all processes is uniformly shortened by 50% to avoid accelerated RC hardware aging and parameter drift caused by long-term power-on operation.
Strong electromagnetic interference workshop scenario: The full verification cycle of RC parameter performance for all processes is uniformly shortened by 50% to adapt to changing interference characteristics on site.
In cleanroom low-interference scenarios, the daily inspection cycle for all processes can be extended by 50%, reducing unnecessary maintenance
costs while ensuring accuracy.
III. Mandatory Conditions for Triggering Immediate Specialized Inspections
If a high-power frequency converter, servo motor, or other strong interference source is added to the workshop, significantly altering the electromagnetic environment, a full verification of RC parameters must be performed immediately.
After maintenance and rewiring of the temperature sensing lines in the hot runner system, a specialized inspection of the RC lockout status and parameter performance must be performed immediately.
If faults such as temperature reading jumps or uncontrolled temperature rise overshoot occur, a specialized inspection of RC parameters must be performed immediately after the fault is repaired to eliminate potential drift hazards.
