64-cavity and 128-cavity thin-wall micro connector molds run at ultra-short cycles with high-frequency valve needle reciprocation and mold clamping vibration, generating continuous micro-vibration impact on miniature ultra-fine thermocouples. Ordinary standard micro probes suffer internal wire fatigue fracture and zero drift within one month of continuous production; dedicated anti-vibration micro thermocouples adopt optimized alloy processing, reinforced sheath structure and shock-absorbing wiring design to extend vibration-resistant service life by more than three times, with targeted structural improvements in three core links.

Vacuum deep annealing ultra-flexible alloy wire is the core raw material anti-vibration upgrade. Conventional micro thermocouple wires only undergo simple surface stress relief annealing, retaining residual drawing internal stress; under long-term micro-vibration alternating stress, micro-cracks quickly form on dissimilar metal hot junctions, causing gradual zero drift. Anti-vibration dedicated alloy wires are heated to 950℃ in a sealed vacuum furnace for 3-hour full homogenization annealing, completely eliminating tensile stress and refining internal metal grain structure. The annealed alloy has excellent ductility, resisting thousands of high-frequency vibration cycles without junction crack formation, and maintains stable Seebeck signal output under continuous micro-shock interference.

Reinforced ultra-thin seamless sheath anti-vibration structural design solves sheath fatigue cracking. Ordinary micro probe sheaths adopt single-layer thin-wall drawing with wall thickness only 0.15mm; vibration friction between the sheath and manifold narrow measuring hole wall generates alternating surface stress, producing fatigue crack penetration after short-term operation. Anti-vibration micro thermocouples use double-layer composite seamless sheath structure: inner thin layer ensures miniaturized overall size, outer reinforced wear-resistant alloy layer improves anti-fatigue strength, with the inner and outer layers tightly combined without interlayer sliding friction. The sheath inner wall is filled with ultra-compact high-density magnesium oxide powder to fix internal alloy wires firmly, eliminating wire free vibration collision inside the tube that fractures conductors. All bending transition sections adopt 5mm large-radius arc processing to avoid stress concentration at small-angle bends under vibration.

Shock-absorbing wiring matching design weakens vibration transmission to the probe body. Standard micro extension cables are hard thin single-layer PTFE insulation; mold clamping vibration transfers directly to the probe sheath through rigid cables, amplifying internal wire impact. Anti-vibration supporting cables adopt multi-strand ultra-fine twisted alloy conductors wrapped with soft elastic foam PTFE composite insulation, which absorbs vibration shock energy and reduces vibration transmission amplitude by over 60%. During mold wiring, each micro thermocouple cable is fixed with soft high-temperature silicone cable ties at multiple points along the wire groove, avoiding long suspended cable segments that swing violently under vibration and pull the probe loose inside the measuring hole. Independent partition wire grooves isolate micro probe cables from high-frequency servo motor power lines to prevent superimposed electromagnetic vibration interference signals.

Daily anti-vibration maintenance auxiliary measures further slow fatigue damage. Weekly inspection tightens loose cable fixing ties and cleans micro measuring hole filler powder to eliminate friction abrasion between sheath and hole wall; monthly calibration checks zero-point drift amplitude to monitor early junction fatigue signs. When producing high-filler micro plastic parts, polish the sheath outer surface every two weeks to remove abrasive scratch pits that become fatigue crack origins under vibration.

Special anti-vibration structural optimization of thin-wall micro mold thermocouples adapts to high-frequency micro-vibration working environments of dense multi-cavity molds, avoids intermittent open-circuit and drift faults caused by vibration fatigue, and maintains stable precision temperature control for ultra-thin miniature plastic components.333
