Multi-Point Calibration in a Constant Temperature Bath: Select a high-precision constant temperature bath covering the commonly used temperature range of hot runners, set 5-8 gradient temperature points, and compare the values of the standard platinum resistance thermometer with the thermometer under test point by point to correct system errors.
On-Site Condition Recalibration: Connect the calibrated thermometer to the hot runner testing system and retest at the actual operating temperature to confirm that the deviation is ≤ ±0.01℃, meeting the accuracy requirements of hot runner response speed testing.
