On-mold wiring matching labels are pasted beside each multi-pin mold connector and manifold wiring box, marking the heating zone number, corresponding thermocouple specification and wire color polarity rules. When replacing damaged probes on production lines, technicians compare connector labels with new thermocouple metal engraved marks to confirm matching specifications before wiring, avoiding mixed J/K type and reversed polarity human errors. All labels near manifold plates adopt high-temperature resistant silicone material to resist long-term radiant heat without deformation or peeling.

Quarterly inventory audits verify label integrity, replacing faded, scratched or lost tags for stored spare thermocouples and on-mold sensors.
