I. Accuracy Deviation Assessment

Long-lasting, erratic output fluctuations caused by a slight vibration of the equipment casing indicate improper soldering or contact in internal components that need to be repaired.

The drift abruptly rises to above 200% of the ambient temperature within the typical ambient temperature range of -10°C to 60°C, suggesting aberrant thermal drift that needs to be repaired.

IV. Problems with Compliance
During self-test, the equipment consistently reports hardware error codes that, once software problems have been ruled out, cannot be cleared, suggesting a need for repair.

Even if the equipment's current functioning seem okay, a thorough hardware inspection must be carried out to check for hidden internal damage after it has been dropped, exposed to intense electromagnetic shock, or experienced overvoltage or overload. Repair is considered necessary if aberrant hardware parameters are verified.

The equipment can be used normally if all requirements are satisfied. In order to prevent operating with a fault that could result in inaccurate hot runner temperature control calibration and flaws in the batch injection moulding process, professional repair should be scheduled as soon as one of the criteria is fulfilled.
