Based on your previous focus on LVDT sensor coaxiality testing in hot runner scenarios and relevant industry standards, qualification can be confirmed through four core criteria:

Mechanical dial indicator test: The radial runout of the probe is ≤0.02mm, with no significant wobble.

Motion state test: The entire stroke is smooth without jamming, and the resistance is stable within the 5~10N range, with no sudden force changes.

Signal performance test: The output linearity error is ≤0.5% throughout the entire stroke, the zero-point voltage is stable close to 0V, and there are no signal jumps.

Hot state verification test: After the hot runner is heated to the operating temperature and held for 2 hours, the needle valve reciprocates smoothly without jamming, and the zero-point drift is ≤0.01mm.

If all four criteria are met, the LVDT coaxiality is considered fully qualified.
