Based on your previous focus on the coaxiality adjustment and accuracy assurance of LVDT sensors in hot runner scenarios, the coaxiality can be determined through three layers of verification:

Mechanical Dial Indicator Verification: Attach a dial indicator to the moving parts of the needle valve, with the indicator head against the outer circle of the LVDT probe. After one rotation, the radial runout should be ≤ 0.02mm, indicating that the mechanical coaxiality meets the standard.

Motion Feel Verification: Manually push the probe through its preset full stroke. There should be no jamming, no additional lateral resistance, and the movement should be smooth and unobstructed, with no risk of jamming.

Signal and Thermal Verification: The linearity error of the output signal throughout the entire stroke should be ≤ 0.5%. After the hot runner has been heated and held at room temperature for 2 hours, the needle valve's reciprocating motion should be smooth, with no abnormal zero-point drift, indicating that the coaxiality fully meets the standard.

If all three verifications pass, the LVDT coaxiality fully meets the requirements of the hot runner operating conditions.
