How to Determine if the Temperature Sensing Block is Installed Accurately

Based on the previously focused hot runner scenario, and the background of ensuring installation accuracy through benchmark alignment, gap verification, positioning locking control, and hot-state retesting, the accuracy of the installation can be determined in four steps:

Benchmark Alignment Verification: Confirm that the temperature sensing block is fully embedded in the bottom of the pre-set countersunk hole in the hot runner, without any hanging or offset, and that the installation benchmark is perfectly aligned with the original factory positioning marks.

Installation Gap Verification: Use a feeler gauge to check the gap between the temperature sensing block and the mounting base. The gap should be uniformly less than 0.02mm, with no localized gaps caused by unilateral offset.

Locking Status Check: Gently shake the temperature sensing block to confirm there is no loosening or displacement. Tighten the fixing screws to the standard torque, with no signs of misalignment due to unilateral force.

Hot-State Accuracy Verification: Heat the hot runner to the operating temperature and hold for 2 hours. Retest the temperature measurement; the deviation should be stable within ±0.5℃, with no jumps or drifts.

If all standards are met, the installation can be determined to be completely accurate, and the system can be put into formal production.
