Cold insulation resistance (≥500 MΩ)

Withstand voltage performance (AC 2000V, no breakdown after 1 minute)

Resistance after damp test (≥200 MΩ after 48 hours)

Result analysis: Select the temperature point with the most stable and unfluctuated overall performance as the optimal process parameter.

HG/T 6445-2025 clearly stipulates that the sintering temperature should be controlled between 800–1000℃, and provides a complete, traceable thermal control curve.

In high-requirement applications such as medical and injection molding, 900–950℃ is preferred to balance performance and lifespan.
