Based on previous research on the optimization of solution treatment processes for hot runner stainless steel bolts and the relevant background on the performance characteristics of different materials, the solution treatment temperature of bolts can be accurately determined using the following methods:

Matching the Material Reference Range:

For 304 stainless steel bolts, use 1020~1080℃; for 316 stainless steel bolts, use 1050~1100℃; for Inconel high-temperature alloy bolts, use 1150~1200℃ to ensure sufficient dissolution of carbides.

Fine-tuning Based on Operating Conditions:

Select the upper limit of the range if corrosion resistance is a priority, and select the lower limit if grain size control is a priority, to avoid excessively high temperatures leading to coarse grains and reduced mechanical properties.

Referencing National Standards:

Compare with GB/T 1220 Stainless Steel Heat Treatment Standard to confirm the officially recommended solution treatment temperature for the corresponding grade, ensuring process compliance.

Small Sample Verification:

Take small samples from the same batch for trial treatment, test the hardness and metallographic structure after solution treatment, and proceed with mass production only after confirming compliance. The temperature determined by this method can be fully adapted to the application requirements of hot runner bolts, ensuring that the final performance meets the standards.
