Preventing condensation formation in junction boxes requires a comprehensive approach involving temperature and humidity control, sealing protection, and material technology. Especially in Xiaogan's current high-humidity rainy season, a single measure is insufficient; a systematic approach is essential.

1. Controlling Temperature and Humidity (The Fundamental Solution) Condensation is essentially caused by "high-temperature, moist air encountering a cold surface." The key is to prevent the internal metal surface temperature from falling below the dew point:

Install a PTC heating module: Set the start/stop range to 40–60℃ to maintain the internal temperature above the ambient dew point;

Activate a temperature-controlled dehumidification system: such as the automatic temperature and humidity control device standard in intelligent JP cabinets, automatically starting heating and dehumidification when humidity > 70%RH;

Avoid sudden equipment shutdown: Run the heating function for 30 minutes before shutdown to gradually lower the temperature and prevent condensation.

2. Enhanced Sealing and Structural Protection (Path Blocking)

IP67-rated sealing rings + moisture-proof conductive silicone grease: Double sealing at the junction box cover and enclosure joint prevents moisture intrusion;

Double locking nuts + rubber bushings at cable inlets: Prevent capillary water seepage along the cable;

Labyrinth-style sealing design: The wiring opening uses a Z-shaped channel, allowing water droplets to fall back naturally due to gravity;

Internal potting compound filling: Waterproof adhesive is filled into the wired cavities to form a seamless protective layer.

After disassembly and assembly, deformed sealing rings must be replaced, and waterproof grease must be reapplied to the threads.

3. Application of Anti-Condensation Material Technology (Long-lasting Protection)

Nano-coating treatment: A nano-solution (such as silica-based) is brushed onto the inner wall of the junction box, forming a hydrophobic or hydrophilic film that allows condensation to collect and flow away instead of dripping;

Composite sealed motor structure: Utilizing a double seal of the junction box gasket and wiring seat, effectively preventing hot air condensation;

Patented design of the low-temperature compressor junction box: The inner box is divided into independent spaces, protecting the module in a sealed area to prevent moisture ingress;

Inclined wire passage sleeve in the heat pump water heater junction box: Condensate cannot flow along the wires into the box.

It is recommended to prioritize products with the patented anti-condensation structure when selecting new equipment to enhance inherent safety.
