Based on your previous focus on quickly adjusting the coaxiality of LVDT sensors in hot runner scenarios, the axial clearance can be adjusted quickly in three steps:

Leave Adjustment Allowance: Loosen the axial locking nut of the LVDT sensor, leaving a 2-3mm axial movement clearance to avoid damaging the internal structure by forcibly bending it.

Alignment and Zeroing Calibration: After powering on, move the sensor axially to find the zero-point where the output voltage is closest to 0V, confirming that the core is centered in the coil.

Lock and Verify: Lock the axial locking nut and manually push and pull the probe to confirm that the axial movement is ≤0.01mm and there are no signal jumps throughout the entire stroke. The adjustment is complete.

This method is suitable for rapid on-site commissioning in hot runner scenarios and can be completed without complex tooling.
