Alignment and Zeroing Calibration: After powering on, move the sensor axially to find the zero-point where the output voltage is closest to 0V, confirming that the core is centered in the coil.
Lock and Verify: Lock the axial locking nut and manually push and pull the probe to confirm that the axial movement is ≤0.01mm and there are no signal jumps throughout the entire stroke. The adjustment is complete.
