Based on the previous focus on the entire process related to coaxiality tolerance issues of LVDT sensors in hot runner scenarios, accuracy can be quickly restored in 3 steps:

Quickly Loosen and Release Allowance: Loosen the LVDT mounting bracket locking screws, leaving a small radial fine-tuning gap. No complete sensor disassembly is required; preparation can be completed in 1 minute.

Quick Alignment Without Tooling: After manually pushing and pulling the probe without any jamming, fine-tune the sensor position to find the center point where the zero-point output voltage is closest to 0V. Quickly align with the coaxial reference using the signal extreme value.

Lock and Verify: Lock the mounting bracket to the standard torque. Manually complete the full stroke to confirm no jamming. Power on and verify that the signal linearity is ≤0.5% throughout the entire stroke. Accuracy restoration can be completed within 3 minutes.

This method does not require specialized gauge clamping tools, making it suitable for rapid on-site repairs in hot runner systems and quickly eliminating potential tolerance issues.
