Power Off and Cooling Pre-treatment: Immediately disconnect the main power supply to the hot runner temperature control box and wait for the hot runner to cool completely to room temperature to avoid the risk of burns and electric shock, and to stop the continuous overheating process.
Probe Repositioning: Open the hot runner heat insulation cover and push the detached probe back into the mounting hole, ensuring that the probe end face is completely in contact with the temperature measurement reference surface of the hot runner, without gaps or displacement.
Securing and Anti-Loosening Measures: Use the matching locking clips or fixing screws to completely lock the probe in place, and retighten the wiring terminals at both ends to prevent the problem of loose wiring and probe displacement from recurring during subsequent operation.
Power-on Verification: After powering back on, increase the temperature according to the stepped process. Observe the temperature controller display to show a synchronous rise in temperature with heating, without any jumps or abnormal overheating. The actual flow channel temperature measured with a temperature gun should deviate from the displayed value within ±2℃. The repair is then complete.
