Minor Damage Repair: Use fine sandpaper to remove the oxide layer and minor pits on the temperature sensor surface. Apply high thermal conductivity silicone grease to fill any small gaps and recalibrate the temperature measurement accuracy to restore usability.

Moderate Damage Repair: Mill the worn temperature sensor surface flat, reattach a high thermal conductivity alloy liner to compensate for the thickness lost due to corrosion, restore thermal contact efficiency, and prevent temperature measurement lag.

Severe Damage Treatment: If the temperature sensor element has been corroded through or the internal circuitry is broken, replace it with a brand new temperature sensor of the same model to avoid batch injection molding defects caused by temperature measurement failure.

After repair, a 2-hour hot-state temperature measurement calibration is required to confirm that the accuracy meets the standards before putting it back into production.
