Define Hot Runner Properties: In the "Runner Properties" section, select the "Hot Runner" option and set the runner material and heating power parameters to match the physical characteristics of the actual hot runner.
Configure Temperature Control Parameters: In the process settings interface, set the temperature of each section of the hot runner according to the material's safe temperature range. Enable PID dynamic temperature control simulation to accurately reproduce the temperature control conditions in real production.
Associate Gate and Cavity: Precisely bind the end of the hot runner to the product's gate node to ensure a continuous melt flow path. After completion, you can run the filling simulation analysis.
