Based on our previous discussion of selecting and testing low-dielectric-constant PTFE conductors in hot runner scenarios, the dielectric constant of PTFE conductors is generally minimally affected by temperature, making them suitable for high-temperature hot runner conditions:

The dielectric constant of virgin PTFE fluctuates only slightly within a very narrow range of 2.0 to 2.2 within the temperature range of -50℃ to 250℃. Temperature changes have a negligible impact on its value.

Inferior PTFE conductors doped with recycled materials or filled with modifiers exhibit a significant drift in dielectric constant with increasing temperature, greatly exacerbating the low-pass filtering effect in hot runners and interfering with temperature control accuracy.

Under the conventional 240℃ operating conditions of hot runners, the dielectric constant stability of qualified virgin PTFE conductors fully meets the usage requirements.
