I. High heat-resistant and stable general-purpose materials (PP, PE, ABS, PS)

Heating rate: 3~4℃/minute, 100% full power output allowed throughout the process

Holding time: 100℃ for 10 minutes, holding at the lower limit of the processing temperature for 10 minutes

Inspection frequency: Once every 20 minutes

Upper temperature limit control: Not exceeding the material's recommended processing upper limit by 10℃

 

II. Medium heat-resistant engineering materials (PC, PA6, PA66, PMMA)

Heating rate: 2~3℃/min, full power output before 100℃, power limited to 80% after 100℃

Holding time: 15 minutes at 100℃, 15 minutes at the lower limit of the processing temperature

Inspection frequency: Once every 10 minutes

Pre-heating condition control: Material moisture content ≤200ppm before heating to avoid high-temperature hydrolysis

 

III. Highly biodegradable sensitive materials (PVC, POM, PET, TPU)

Heating rate: 1~1.5℃/min, power limited to 60%~7% throughout the process 0%

Heating Duration: 20 minutes at 100℃, 20 minutes at the lower limit of the processing temperature

Inspection Frequency: Every 5 minutes after the temperature exceeds the safety threshold

Special Control: PVC temperature ≤180℃, POM to be fed within 15 minutes after reaching the production temperature, PET moisture content ≤50ppm before heating

 

IV. Special Modified Materials

Glass Fiber Reinforced Materials: Heating rate increased by 10% compared to the same base material, 90% power output allowed throughout the process

High Filler Materials: Heating rate increased compared to the same base material Reduce by 20%, extend mid-temperature holding time by 10 minutes.

Optical-grade transparent materials: Heating rate reduced by 30% compared to the same substrate; temperature difference throughout the flow

channel controlled within ±2℃.

 

V. General Scenarios Linked Adjustments

High humidity environment: Add an extra 10 minutes of dehumidification and heat preservation at 100℃ for all materials.

64-cavity and above ultra-large multi-cavity hot runners: Heating rate reduced by 30% for all materials compared to the standard value. Hot runners that have experienced overheating: Heating rate reduced by 50% for all materials; gradually restore to the standard value after temperature stabilization.
