Integrated bent and integrated embedded thermocouples have gradually become the mainstream preferred supporting products for high-end hot runner systems, replacing traditional split assembled structures. Integrated thermocouples adopt one-piece forming process from probe to lead, with outstanding advantages in structural stability, temperature measurement accuracy, bending resistance and installation convenience, and are widely recognized by international and domestic hot runner brands.

The first advantage is excellent structural integrity and anti-breakage performance. Traditional split thermocouples have welding joints between probe and lead, which are easy to break and loose after repeated bending and mold vibration. Integrated one-piece structure has no intermediate welding seam, overall mechanical strength is high, can withstand frequent bending and stretching in mold opening and closing process, and is not easy to break internal sensing wires.

The second advantage is higher temperature measurement accuracy and stable heat conduction. The integrated structure ensures close internal fit, no gap thermal resistance, fast heat conduction speed and sensitive temperature response. It can accurately capture tiny temperature changes of hot runner nozzles and manifolds, realize real-time precise feedback, and help the temperature controller form accurate closed-loop regulation to maintain thermal balance stability.

The third advantage is high-temperature and corrosion resistance integration. Integrated thermocouples adopt overall high-temperature alloy sheath and full sealed anti-corrosion treatment, the whole body can resist high-temperature oxidation and corrosive plastic gas erosion, without local weak points such as welding seams, and the overall service life is far longer than split products.

The fourth advantage is convenient installation and strong universality. The integrated design can be customized into various bending angles and length specifications according to mold space, adapting to narrow installation gaps and complex corner wiring environments. It does not need on-site welding and assembly during installation, directly plug and play, reducing on-site installation errors and improving maintenance efficiency. With the trend of modularization and standardization of hot runner systems, integrated thermocouples will further replace traditional split types and become the standard configuration of high-quality hot runner supporting accessories.333
