Based on the previous focus on the use of wire clips for temporary fixation and the need for regular inspections after the hot runner sensor probe clips were damaged, the following are alternative fixing methods suitable for different emergency scenarios:

Stainless Steel Gasket Pressing Method: Place a thin 304 stainless steel gasket at the probe tail and tighten it with existing screws to lock the probe in place. This method offers strong temperature and vibration resistance and requires no additional custom parts.

Fiberglass Tape Wrapping Method: Use high-temperature fiberglass tape (resistant to temperatures above 350℃) to tightly wrap two turns around the probe base and the flow channel mounting base. This method requires no tools and can be completed in one minute.

Excess Wire Wrapping and Limiting Method: Utilize the slack section of the temperature sensing wire leading from the probe. Wrap it once around the probe base and secure it at the terminal block. This method achieves limiting without any additional consumables.

Small Stainless Steel Clamp Locking Method: Using appropriately sized 304 stainless steel clamps, the probe and flow channel mounting base are tightened together. The locking force is far superior to wire clips, allowing for longer operation.

High-Temperature Ceramic Adhesive Fixing Method: Using high-temperature ceramic adhesive resistant to 500℃, a small amount of adhesive is applied to both sides of the probe root and cured, completely preventing the probe from detaching. This method is suitable for high-load continuous production scenarios.

These methods can replace wire clips, have a lower operational threshold, and some solutions offer superior stability and temperature resistance.
