By optimizing the layout of thermocouples and matching intelligent temperature control algorithms, the hot runner system realizes precise heating and constant temperature maintenance, reduces invalid power consumption, and achieves energy saving effect on the premise of ensuring molding quality. At the same time, environmental protection and anti-corrosion thermocouple materials are promoted to adapt to the molding of degradable plastics and environmentally friendly modified plastics, matching the green manufacturing development of the plastic industry.
In addition, modular and standardized hot runner design is gradually popularized. Thermocouples, heating rings and other supporting accessories realize universal standardization, which reduces customized costs, shortens mold development cycle, and facilitates later maintenance and replacement. Domestic hot runner brands continue to break through core technologies, and the independent R&D level of high-end thermocouple supporting products is constantly improving, gradually realizing import substitution.
