Dynamic Adjustment Response Standard: Under normal production conditions, the hot runner's response time to temperature fluctuations must be ≤10 seconds, with temperature control accuracy stable within ±1℃, without overshoot or prolonged lag.
High-precision injection molding scenarios further tighten the dynamic response time to within 5 seconds to meet stringent temperature control requirements.
