316 Stainless Steel: Stronger corrosion resistance, suitable for injection molding applications using corrosive plastic raw materials, and less prone to rusting and jamming under long-term high temperatures.
High-Temperature Alloys (e.g., Inconel series): Can withstand temperatures above 300℃ for extended periods, exhibits extremely strong creep resistance, suitable for high-load precision hot runners, and less prone to loosening and breakage during long-term operation.
Choosing the right material can significantly reduce the probability of high-temperature failure of hot runner bolts.
