304 Stainless Steel: The most commonly used basic material, with a temperature resistance ≥450℃, meeting rust prevention and thermal shock resistance standards, offering high cost-effectiveness, and suitable for most conventional hot runner applications.
316 Stainless Steel: Offers stronger corrosion resistance, suitable for humid and slightly corrosive special production environments, and exhibits more stable mechanical properties under long-term high temperatures.
Galvanized Carbon Steel: Only suitable for short-term low-temperature emergency scenarios. Prone to rusting and embrittlement in environments above 200℃ for extended periods, it is not recommended as a standard choice for hot runner fixation.
