Jinshixiang's main high-temperature engineering plastics models include FE20 PEEK, 90CA30 PEEK, GF50 NC PPA, GF40 PSU, etc., covering high-performance material systems such as polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polyphenylene amide (PPA), and polysulfone (PSU), suitable for hot runner systems, precision molds, and high-temperature components.
1. FE20 PEEK
Material Type: Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)
Features and Advantages: Long-term operating temperature up to 250℃, short-term temperature resistance up to 300℃
High strength, wear resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for high-load environments
Can be modified with metal fillers to improve thermal conductivity and dimensional stability
Applications: Hot runner nozzles, manifold seals, high-temperature bearings
Processing Recommendations: Requires drying at 150℃ for 6 hours, mold temperature 170~200℃
2. 90CA30 PEEK
Material Type: Carbon fiber reinforced PEEK
Features and Advantages: 30% carbon fiber content, significantly improving rigidity and creep resistance
Superior thermal conductivity compared to pure PEEK, contributing to uniform temperature distribution in hot runner systems
Low shrinkage, suitable for precision injection molded parts
Applications: High-precision mold structural components, sensor brackets, high-temperature connectors
Notes: Carbide tools must be used during processing to avoid wear.
3. GF50 NC PPA
Material Type: Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyphenylamide (PPA)
Features and Advantages: Continuous operating temperature above 190℃, HDT up to 290℃; Hydrolysis resistant, high temperature and humidity resistant, suitable for the high humidity environment of Wuhan in summer; Good dimensional stability, moisture absorption rate of only 0.8%
Application Scenarios: Hot runner temperature control module housing, connectors, insulating terminals
Processing Requirements: It is recommended to dry to moisture content <0.02% to prevent bubbling and degradation
4. GF40 PSU
Material Type: Glass Fiber Reinforced Polysulfone (PSU)
Features and Advantages: Long-term operating temperature 180℃, retains over 80% mechanical strength at 150℃
Strong hydrolysis resistance, can withstand repeated steam sterilization (lifespan ≥12 years at 145℃)
Good light transmittance, easy to integrate with visual inspection systems
Application Scenarios: Medical-grade hot runner components, transparent observation windows, manifold supports
Processing Recommendations: Dry at 140℃ for 4-6 hours, mold temperature 160-180℃
