Enhanced High-Temperature Stability: A uniform single-phase austenitic structure is obtained, making it less prone to creep loosening during long-term operation below 250℃, suitable for the high-temperature conditions of hot runner systems.
Improved Plasticity and Toughness: The material's ductility improves, allowing it to withstand greater uniform deformation during installation and reducing the probability of thread stripping.
