Hot runner supporting thermocouples cover all mainstream hot runner product categories in the market, forming a complete supporting product system covering different structures, uses and temperature grades. According to the hot runner structure classification, the first category is open hot runner special thermocouples. Open hot runners are simple in structure, low in cost and widely used in conventional plastic products such as PP, ABS and PE. The second category is valve gate hot runner dedicated thermocouples. Valve gate hot runners are used for high-precision appearance parts, medical supplies and automotive precision accessories, with higher requirements for temperature stability and response speed. The matched thermocouples adopt bending type, embedded type and deep insertion customized models, which can be deeply close to the nozzle glue outlet position, accurately detect the real-time temperature of the melt near the gate, effectively avoid wire drawing, material leakage and gate material hardening defects, and cooperate with the valve needle action to complete high-precision injection molding production.
According to the volume classification of hot runner products, there are large-scale hot runner integrated thermocouples suitable for large parts such as automobile bumpers and refrigerator shells. Such thermocouples have strong high-temperature resistance and long-distance signal transmission capacity, adapting to the multi-zone combined heating mode of large manifolds. There are also miniature hot runner micro thermocouples supporting micro precision parts such as electronic connectors and watch accessories. The probe diameter of miniature thermocouples is tiny, which is suitable for narrow installation holes of miniature hot runners, and realizes ultra-precise temperature control of micro flow channels.
By temperature grade division, conventional normal temperature hot runner thermocouples are suitable for 180℃-280℃ conventional plastic molding; medium-high temperature resistant thermocouples are used for PA, PBT and other engineering plastic hot runners; ultra-high temperature special thermocouples can stably work above 320℃, perfectly matching high-temperature resistant hot runner products for PEEK, PPSU and other special plastics. At the same time, in terms of accessories, hot runner complete sets also include thermocouple connecting wires, fixed clamping sleeves, sealing gaskets and replacement probes, forming a one-stop supporting product chain.
