Conventional standard K/J button, spring ring and thread thermocouples can meet the production needs of most packaging, household appliances and conventional auto parts molds. For special hot runner molds such as ultra-micro multi-cavity medical molds, large automotive integrated molds, anti-corrosion corrosive plastic molds and ultra-high temperature PEEK processing molds, standardized sensors cannot adapt to special installation space, temperature environment and raw material corrosion conditions. Large instrument panels, bumper and door panel integrated manifolds have long internal flow channels, and there are deep blind holes for temperature measurement at the front, middle and rear of the splitter plate. PVC, halogen-containing flame retardant ABS and recycled sulfur-containing plastic raw materials will volatilize corrosive gas at high temperature, which will corrode the alloy measuring junction of conventional thermocouples in a short time, resulting in signal drift and failure. The customization scheme coats a layer of high-temperature resistant anti-corrosion alloy film on the surface of the measuring junction, which isolates the contact between corrosive gas and thermoelectric alloy wire, and can extend the service life by more than 3 times under the same production conditions. For high-corrosion long-cycle production lines, full-sheath anti-corrosion coating treatment can be selected.

Ultra-high temperature special thermocouple customization for high-performance engineering plastic molds. Molds processing PEEK, LCP and high-temperature PPS need to work at a stable temperature above 400℃ for a long time. Conventional K-type stainless steel sheath thermocouples are easy to oxidize and crack, and customized all-Inconel 600 sheath thermocouples are matched, with high-purity chromium-nickel alloy wires, which can stably resist continuous high temperature of 450℃ without oxidation failure. The measuring junction adopts thickened full welding process to improve structural stability under long-term high-temperature thermal expansion and contraction.

Special bent and special interface thermocouple customization for limited space molds. Some compact thin-wall electronic molds and stacked molds have no straight wiring space between the manifold and the mold plate, and can customize multi-angle bent elbow thermocouples such as 45°, 90° and 135°, and the bending radian is pre-processed in the factory to avoid forced bending on site damaging the internal alloy wire. For hot runner systems of niche brands with non-standard M2.5, M5 thread interfaces, manufacturers can customize special thread measuring probes to realize seamless matching without secondary processing of mold threaded holes.
