Wire Pre-treatment Details: When stripping the PTFE insulation layer, never use sharp tools to scratch it, as this may damage the internal wire core. Sufficient overlap length of the insulation layer should be maintained.
Wiring Path Details: Conductors should avoid the direct high-temperature radiation zone of the hot runner heating coil. Use high-temperature resistant insulating pads at the contact points with the metal casing edge to prevent the insulation layer from being worn through.
Bending Control Details: The minimum bending radius should not be less than 5 times the outer diameter of the conductor. Avoid 90° right-angle bends throughout the entire process to prevent hidden cracks in the PTFE insulation layer.
Contact Treatment Details: After cold-pressing the terminals, trim off any excess wire core burrs. Double-layer fluoroplastic heat shrink tubing must completely cover both ends of the contact point by at least 5mm, with no exposed metal.
