Domestically manufactured replacement K-type thermocouples appropriate for hot runner applications have clearly established national standard classifications for their accuracy error ranges.

Class I Accuracy: < ±1.5℃ at room temperature (0-300℃) and ≤ ±0.4%t at medium temperature (300-1200℃) (t represents measured temperature value). Suitable for Husky hot runner applications in high-end precision injection moulding, such as automotive and medical.

Class II Accuracy: < ±2.5℃ at room temperature (0-300℃) and ≤ ±0.75% at medium temperature (300-1200℃). Suitable for general injection moulding applications and meets the temperature control needs of traditional hot runner systems.

These locally made replacement thermocouples are multi-point temperature calibrated before leaving the factory, assuring regulated error across the full measurement range and precisely matching the temperature measurement accuracy requirements of Husky hot runner systems.
