Dynamic Adjustment Cycle under Different Operating Conditions: If the thermocouple operates for extended periods in harsh conditions such as temperatures above 800°C and corrosive gases, the calibration cycle should be shortened to 3-6 months to avoid thermoelectric drift leading to inaccurate temperature measurements.
For critical temperature measurement points used in high-precision injection molding processes such as automotive and medical applications, a calibration cycle of 6 months is recommended to ensure stable product molding accuracy.
If the thermocouple operates for extended periods in a low-temperature, clean environment below 400°C, and historical calibration data shows minimal drift, the calibration cycle can be appropriately extended to 12 months, still meeting metrological management requirements.
Dynamic Optimization Rules for Calibration Cycles: After each calibration, record the thermocouple's thermoelectric potential deviation. If the deviation shows an accelerating growth trend, the calibration cycle should be shortened immediately, and the cause of thermocouple degradation should be investigated.
