Hot Tip Nozzle Structure: The heating point of the hot nozzle head is precisely placed close to the gate, significantly shortening the melt residence path at the gate and preventing localized material degradation at the gate location, suitable for injection molding of highly sensitive materials.

Valve Needle Type Dead-Angle Runner: The valve needle fits completely against the inner wall of the runner, eliminating the annular gap around the valve needle and completely eliminating melt retention problems in the valve needle area.

Layered Thin Runner: The runner cavity is optimized by flattening, significantly reducing the internal volume and directly reducing the total melt volume, shortening the overall residence time from the root.

Multi-Branch Balanced Flow Divider: Utilizing an H-shaped symmetrical flow divider structure, the length and cross-section of each branch flow channel are completely consistent, achieving synchronous melt flow in multiple cavities and eliminating retention caused by localized flow velocity differences.

These optimization types can further reduce melt residence time by 20%, making them suitable for injection molding scenarios such as PVC and POM that are extremely sensitive to temperature.
