Wear an anti-static wrist strap at all times as a precaution. Make sure the equipment is fully switched down before beginning any activity to reduce the risk of electric shock and to prevent electrostatic discharge from harming the precision integrated circuits within the new equipment.

All heating channel outputs must be turned off and the hot runner temperature control system must be put in sleep mode prior to operation. Signal wires should never be plugged or unplugged while they are turned on to prevent unintentional heating and molten metal leaking.

A grounding resistance of ≤4Ω is required for the equipment casing to be consistently grounded. In addition to preventing signal drift brought on by intense electromagnetic interference, this also prevents unintentional electric shock.

Precautions for Preventing Wiring Errors: Never detach all old cables at once. Every cable needs to be tagged and disconnected. In accordance with the pre-taken panorama wiring schematic and channel mapping table, connect each cable individually, making sure that the channel numbers match 100%.

To avoid equipment overheating and drift, the ambient temperature should be maintained between 0 and 50°C.

In order to prevent cable moving or pulling during prolonged operation, all equipment frame anchoring screws must be tightened to provide a secure installation without loosening.

To prevent destroying the factory metrological seals, which could influence the accuracy of the equipment and the efficacy of later metrological traceability, it is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to open the new equipment casing.

Debugging and Verification Precautions: In order to prevent extra calibration mistakes caused by temperature changes, the new equipment must be preheated for at least 30 minutes after powering on. This will allow the internal circuitry to fully stabilise before commencing calibration operations.

Before connecting to the hot runner temperature control system, a full-range accuracy verification using a reference calibrator must be carried out upon replacement to ensure that the output deviation of every channel is controlled within the equipment's nominal accuracy range.

It is strictly forbidden to short circuit the signal output port in order to avoid overloading the power amplifier circuit and causing hardware damage.

Subsequent Maintenance Precautions: To make it easier to track equipment drift trends later on, keep all replacement records and calibration data after replacement and update the equipment maintenance file.

Perform a brief drift check every day for the first three days following replacement to ensure that the equipment is operating steadily and without anomalies. This will help to prevent any hidden quality problems with the new equipment that could have an impact on output.

Strict adherence to these precautions guarantees a successful one-time replacement and commissioning, allowing the equipment to be used normally with no errors and avoiding later problems like signal drift and channel mismatch that could compromise the hot runner production line's stable operation.
