Installing a hot runner vibration online sensor requires only three specialized tools; the rest are standard maintenance tools. Specifically:

High-temperature shielded cable: Hot runners operate at high temperatures and are subject to electromagnetic interference from heating coils. A high-temperature resistant (≥300℃) shielded cable is essential to withstand the high temperatures and shield against interference, ensuring signal stability.

High-temperature sealant/insulating adhesive: Used to seal sensor wiring and installation gaps. An industrial-grade high-temperature adhesive with a temperature resistance of ≥300℃ must be selected; ordinary sealants will melt and fail at high temperatures.

Torque wrench: Used to precisely control the torque of the sensor mounting screws. Excessive torque can damage the sensor, while insufficient torque can cause it to loosen, affecting measurement accuracy.

If the mold does not have pre-drilled mounting holes, additional drill bits and tapping tools of the corresponding size are required to machine the sensor mounting threads. All of these specialized tools can be purchased directly from industrial consumables stores; no special customization is necessary.
