For general applications: Choose nano-ceramic coating. It is lower in cost, offers excellent insulation, and has a hardness of up to HV1200. It is suitable for processing common non-glass fiber plastics and meets general wear resistance requirements, offering better cost-effectiveness.
For high-wear applications: Choose PVD tungsten carbide coating. It has a hardness of over HV1800, stronger erosion and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for processing high-fiberglass and highly corrosive engineering plastics. The coating adhesion is stronger, and its lifespan is 30% longer than nano-ceramic coating, but the cost is also higher.
