Based on your previous focus on the simplified coaxiality detection method for LVDT sensors in hot runner scenarios, the zero-voltage method is significantly more accurate than the tactile resistance method:

Tactile Resistance Method: Relying solely on manual touch, it can only detect severe deviations such as jamming, but cannot identify minute coaxial misalignments within 0.05mm, resulting in a high false positive rate.

Zero-Voltage Method: By detecting whether the LVDT zero-position output can stably approach 0V, it can indirectly identify whether the core is centered in the coil, detecting most moderate coaxial deviations. Its detection accuracy is approximately 0.05mm, far superior to purely manual touch judgment.

Both methods are only suitable for rapid initial screening; high-precision detection still requires the dial indicator method.
