Based on your previous understanding of the differences in performance, cost, and applicable scenarios between domestic and imported hot runner insulation materials, there is no absolute "which is more reliable." Reliability depends entirely on whether it is suitable for the specific operating conditions:

For routine mass production: The insulation strength and temperature stability of qualified domestic hot runner insulation materials fully meet the requirements of ordinary injection molding at 200~300℃. They have an extremely low failure rate during long-term operation, fully meet reliability standards, and offer a much higher cost-performance ratio than imported products.

For high-end special applications: In high-temperature special injection molding above 350℃ and multi-cavity hot runner applications requiring micron-level precision, imported high-end insulation materials have advantages in high-temperature stability and dimensional accuracy. They show no performance degradation during long-term operation, ensuring greater reliability.

As long as qualified products are selected for the corresponding operating conditions, both can achieve long-term stable operation; there is no absolute superiority or inferiority in reliability.
