The probe part of the thermocouple is the key to temperature measurement. The welded probe adopts integrated seamless welding technology, which has higher firmness, better sealing and longer service life. The welded structure is not easy to enter water, oil and melt, with good insulation and stable signal. The welding part is firm, not easy to break, resistant to vibration and high temperature, and not easy to damage during installation and disassembly. Compared with glued or mechanically pressed probes, welded probes have better stability and higher accuracy, and are not easy to cause temperature drift and failure. Most high-quality hot runner thermocouples use welded probe design, including spring-loaded, miniature, manifold and threaded types. Brands such as Mold-Masters, Husky, Synventive, YUDO, HASCO, and INCOE all use welded probes as standard configuration. This structure is especially suitable for long-term high-temperature, high-vibration and leak-prone molds. Common problems of non-welded probes include poor sealing, easy breakage, temperature drift, short circuit, etc. Welded probe thermocouples have higher reliability and are more suitable for harsh hot runner working environments.333
