Adopting Φ1.0mm ultra-fine stainless steel sheathed probe, equipped with spring buffer structure and stainless steel metal hose sheath, it can resist mechanical wear, stretching and high temperature, suitable for harsh working conditions such as deep mold holes and automated production lines, featuring high temperature measurement accuracy and fast response.
After probe drawing, core encapsulation, hose assembly, accuracy calibration, and passing reliability tests, these probes will be used for multi-point accurate temperature measurement in molds and automated production lines by German precision injection molding enterprises, ensuring product molding accuracy and equipment operation stability.
